We use AWS Transcribe Medical, which is specifically trained on medical terminology and achieves over 95% accuracy for medical consultations. The system is optimized for Australian accents and medical terminology.
Is my data secure?
Yes. HealthScriber is fully compliant with Australian Privacy Principles (APP). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and stored exclusively in Australian data centers (Sydney region). We never share your data with third parties.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in AWS Sydney region (ap-southeast-2) to ensure compliance with Australian data residency requirements. Your data never leaves Australia.
Can I customize the generated letters?
Yes! HealthScriber learns your writing style over time and you can create custom templates. All generated documents can be edited before sending.
What devices does HealthScriber work on?
HealthScriber is a web-based platform that works on any modern browser. It's optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
How much does HealthScriber cost?
During the pilot program, HealthScriber is free for selected participants. Our standard pricing will be $10,000/year for practices with up to 5 practitioners. Enterprise pricing is available for larger organizations.
Do I need special equipment?
No special equipment is required. HealthScriber works with your existing computer or tablet's microphone. For best results, we recommend a quiet consultation room.
Can HealthScriber integrate with my practice management system?
We're working on integrations with major practice management systems. Currently, you can export documents in common formats (PDF, Word) for easy import into your existing systems.
How do I get support?
Pilot program participants get priority support via email at support@cognr.ai. We typically respond within 2-4 hours during business hours.
Can I use HealthScriber for telehealth consultations?
Yes! HealthScriber works perfectly with telehealth consultations. It can transcribe both in-person and remote consultations.
